How We Work

Our Export Process

End-to-end logistics managed in-house — from booking to bill of lading.

01

Order Confirmation & Booking

Once a purchase order is confirmed, we book reefer or dry containers with our preferred shipping lines — MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, and Hapag-Lloyd — based on destination and transit time requirements.

02

Container Stuffing & Sealing

Containers are stuffed at our APEDA-certified pack house under controlled conditions. Temperature is pre-set before stuffing begins. Containers are sealed and temperature-logged before dispatch to port.

03

Port Handling & Customs

We work with licensed customs brokers at JNPT (Mumbai), Mundra, and Chennai. All export documentation is filed electronically via ICEGATE. Customs clearance is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

04

Vessel Loading & Departure

Containers are loaded onto the nominated vessel. Vessel departure details, container numbers, and seal numbers are shared with the buyer immediately upon loading.

05

Transit Monitoring

We track every shipment in transit using carrier portals and third-party tracking tools. Buyers receive proactive updates on vessel position and estimated arrival.

06

Document Dispatch

Full shipping documents — Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice — are dispatched to the buyer via courier or electronic transfer within 3–5 days of vessel departure.
