Quality & Process
From Farm to Freight — Zero Compromise
Every batch we export passes through a rigorous, multi-stage quality journey. From the moment of harvest to the moment it's loaded onto the vessel, our process is built around one principle: the buyer receives exactly what was promised.

Our Quality Journey
Eight checkpoints. One standard.
Farm Selection & Audit
We partner exclusively with APEDA-registered farms that meet our agronomic standards. Each farm undergoes an annual audit covering soil health, irrigation practices, pesticide usage, and worker welfare before onboarding.
Pre-Harvest Inspection
Our field team visits partner farms 2–3 weeks before harvest to assess maturity, Brix levels, colour development, and pest/disease status. Only farms that pass this inspection proceed to harvest.
Harvest & Field Grading
Produce is hand-harvested at peak maturity. Field-level grading removes any damaged, undersized, or off-colour units immediately — ensuring only Grade A produce enters the supply chain.
Pack House Processing
Produce arrives at our APEDA-certified pack house within hours of harvest. Here it is washed, dried, graded by size and weight, and inspected for visual defects under controlled lighting conditions.
Cold Chain Initiation
Pre-cooling begins immediately after grading. Grapes are cooled to 0–2°C; onions and pomegranates to their optimal storage temperatures. Cold chain is maintained without interruption through to vessel loading.
Packaging & Labelling
Produce is packed in export-grade cartons or mesh bags as per buyer specifications. Each carton is labelled with lot number, variety, grade, net weight, country of origin, and phytosanitary reference — fully traceable.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
A third-party inspection agency (SGS / Bureau Veritas / APEDA-authorised) conducts a pre-shipment inspection of every consignment. Inspection covers weight, count, visual quality, temperature, and packaging integrity.
Documentation & Compliance
We prepare and verify all export documents: Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, and any market-specific compliance certificates (EU MRL, FSSAI, etc.).
Our Packing Facility — Precision at Every Step
Cold Chain
Cold Chain Integrity
Temperature-controlled from harvest to port — no exceptions.
Our cold chain begins at the pack house and ends only when the container is sealed at port. We use IoT-enabled temperature loggers in every reefer container, with real-time data accessible to buyers throughout transit.

Standards & Compliance
Certifications & Compliance
Our certifications are not just paperwork — they are the foundation of buyer trust.
APEDA Registered
Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority — India's apex body for agricultural exports. All our pack houses and partner farms are APEDA-registered.
GlobalG.A.P.
Good Agricultural Practices certification covering food safety, environmental sustainability, and worker welfare at farm level. Recognised by retailers and importers across Europe and the UK.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by the Plant Quarantine Authority of India for every consignment. Confirms the produce is free from pests, diseases, and prohibited organisms as per the importing country's requirements.
EU MRL Compliance
All produce destined for European markets is tested against EU Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for pesticides. We work only with farms that follow EU-compliant spray programmes.
Fumigation Certificate
Methyl bromide or phosphine fumigation carried out by licensed operators as required by destination markets. Certificate issued by an authorised fumigation agency.
ISO 22000
Food Safety Management System certification covering the entire food chain from farm to fork. Ensures systematic identification and control of food safety hazards.
Request Our Quality Documentation
We provide full quality dossiers — including lab reports, inspection certificates, and farm audit summaries — to serious buyers on request.
